Johnson Law is a specialized boutique law firm located in Utah but servicing clients throughout the country.  We pride ourselves in creating long-term relationships with our clients and becoming an integrated part of their team. We frequently help a client complete an acquisition and then continue to advise the client in an outside general counsel role while the company grows and ultimately assist with the exit transaction.  With our focus on long-term relationships we take the time to learn the nuances of each client's business in order to provide customized legal advice.
